Ribang Gayo | Natural Classic | Filter Roast
Ribang Gayo has long been one of Hana Roastery’s staples for espresso. This time, it’s been developed further and roasted to shine as filter—highlighting a quieter, more delicate side of the coffee.
Hana has worked closely with producer Asman Arianto for the past 3–4 years, building a steady relationship to source some of the best coffees from Gayo. This lot comes from his farm in Pantan Musara, an area known for high elevation, cool climate, and fertile soil—conditions that help coffees develop gentle sweetness and balance.
Processed as a classic natural, this year’s lot expresses that character beautifully. In the cup it feels sweet and well balanced, with delicate notes of orange, grapes and honey. Clean, comforting, and quietly expressive—Ribang Gayo in a new light.
