Wanoja Coffee has long been one of Hana Roastery’s favourite producers in West Java. This year, Hana deepened the relationship with Satrea Amambi to secure three unique single-varietal coffees.
This lot features Yellow Caturra—a natural mutation of Caturra known for yellow cherries, gentle acidity, and natural sweetness. Compared to red Caturra, Yellow Caturra often shows a rounder, softer expression in the cup.
Processed using an anaerobic natural method, this coffee highlights that inherent sweetness while amplifying fruity character. In the cup, expect a sweet caramel backbone, juicy berry fruit, and a soft acidity reminiscent of orange.
