Blueberry Well Cream | Anaerobic Natural Arabica | Light (City-Light) Filter Roast
What is anaerobic natural?
Anaerobic natural is an innovative post-harvest process where whole coffee cherries are fermented in sealed containers without oxygen. With controlled temperature and pH, fermentation becomes more directed—unlocking bold aromatics and fruit-forward flavours.
Why “Blueberry Well Cream”?
The first time we cupped this coffee, the blueberry note was unmistakably clear—and the body felt creamy and smooth. That combination of flavour + texture inspired the name “Blueberry Well Cream”.
