Wild Kopi Luwak – Gayo, Aceh, Sumatra | Arabica Espresso Whole Beans

Kopi Luwak (civet coffee) is one of Indonesia’s most famous coffees. This lot is described as “wild” luwak — meaning the beans are collected from naturally foraging civets rather than farmed or caged production. Roasted to a medium (city) profile, it’s designed to shine as espresso: rich sweetness, comforting chocolate depth, and a clean citrus lift.

In the cup
Expect a syrupy, sweet profile with brown sugar and dark chocolate up front, followed by a gentle orange-zest / citrus finish. A great choice for black espresso, and also delicious in milk drinks (latte, cappuccino, kopi susu) where the chocolate sweetness really comes through.
