Liberica Semendo Finca Ali | Hermetically Sealed Natural | Filter Roast
This is a rare Liberica lot from Semendo, South Sumatra—grown around 1600 masl and roasted for filter brewing. Liberica is an uncommon coffee species in modern specialty menus, often prized for its bold aromatics and expressive flavour range.
Processed using a hermetically sealed natural method, the coffee is designed to preserve fruit character while keeping the cup clean and balanced. In the cup, expect snakefruit (salak), sugarcane sweetness, and a bright kumquat-like citrus note.
