Gayo Reserve | Signature Journeys #1
Embark on a Signature Journey to the Aceh Highlands with Gayo Reserve—crafted to showcase the heritage and skill of Gayo farmers in Takengon, Aceh.
Only ripe red cherries grown at high altitude are selected and washed. They then undergo an intensive anaerobic fermentation for 25–40 days in vacuum containers, followed by slow sun-drying for 3–5 weeks. This “wine process” allows the fruit character to fully integrate with the beans, developing layered, standout flavours.
In the cup, Gayo Reserve delivers a harmonious blend of tropical fruit, berry syrup sweetness, and cacao nibs, finished with a subtle rosella note.
