Semendo Finca Ali Liberica | Hermetically Sealed Natural (HSN) 120hr | Filter Roast
Finally, after a long wait, we’re excited to share a coffee sourced from one of Indonesia’s finest producers, Curators Coffee Company. This is Semendo—grown in the highlands of South Sumatra, known for fertile volcanic soil, a cool climate, and naturally balanced sweetness.
This lot is the most unique of the release: Liberica, a rare coffee species prized for bold aromatics and expressive character. Originally from West Africa and grown in limited quantities in Indonesia, Liberica often shows a wider, more unconventional flavour spectrum than Arabica—shaped strongly by processing and terroir.
Processed using Hermetically Sealed Natural (HSN) for 120 hours, this coffee opens up a fruity, vibrant profile while staying balanced and clean. In the cup you’ll find orange, snakefruit and sugarcane—expressive, distinctive, and full of character.
