We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. During launches or peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a DHL tracking link by email.
Delivery times
DHL Express delivery times vary by destination. Typical delivery is:
Asia Pacific: 2 to 5 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 3 to 7 business days
United States and Canada: 3 to 8 business days
UK and Europe: 4 to 9 business days
Other regions: 5 to 12 business days
These are estimates. Customs clearance and local delivery conditions can affect delivery time.
Duties, taxes, and customs
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT or GST, and handling fees set by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product price or shipping fee.
Customs processing is outside our control. DHL may contact you for additional information to complete clearance.
How shipping rates work
Shipping is based on your destination zone and the combined shipping weight of your order. We use three simple weight tiers:
Up to 0.5 kg (usually 1 bag)
Up to 2.0 kg (usually 2 to 6 bags)
Up to 4.0 kg (larger bundles)
Tip: Ordering two bags often lowers shipping cost per bag.

Packaging and weight
Coffee bags and protective packaging add weight. We use an outer shipping carton for protection.
DHL may apply volumetric weight if a parcel is large relative to its weight. We pack compactly to minimise this.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.
Delivery issues and damaged items
If your parcel is delayed, stuck in customs, or marked delivered but not received, contact us and we will help investigate with DHL.
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and products. We will help make it right.
